Qigong Workshop at Venus Moon

I will be running a qigong workshop at the Venus Moon crystal warehouse in Glendora, New Jersey on March 23, 2023 at 7 p.m.

Qigong is usually learned as a set of traditional Chinese exercises. While qigong can assist with your balance, digestion, blood sugar levels, overall wellness and mood, it is also a well-known form of moving meditation that helps to reduce stress and tension.

You are invited to join me for an hour of qigong. No special equipment or attire is required—just dress comfortably and show up!

The cost of this program will be $20. You can pay me in advance via Venmo (@Morris-Siegel), cash or check.

Our location for this special workshop will be The Venus Moon Crystal Warehouse, which is a wonderful local business selling crystals and some additional metaphysical items such as incense, card decks, and books. The space is beautiful, and owner Krissy Marinelli does an amazing job. I’m pretty sure the warehouse will be open if you want to browse and shop.
