Take your tai chi with you

This week, as I was teaching Zoom classes from my garage in southern New Jersey, I had students in Florida and St. Maarten. In fact, here’s one of my favorite photos of my student, Doreen, doing her tai chi by the beach in St. Maarten:

I envy the blue skies and beautiful water, since we have neither of those here in New Jersey at the moment!
